A decision is not delivery.
We make the path between them workable.
We connect technical decisions to their implementation. We make systems, dependencies and constraints visible, test critical assumptions with prototypes, and plan the transition in clear stages. Each stage leaves the solution in a usable, operable state that can be handed over to the client team.
We begin with a concrete decision: integrating, replacing or modernising a system, resolving a build-vs-buy question, or assessing an uncertain migration path. We examine the estate, its dependencies, costs and constraints, and establish which capabilities must be preserved. Options are assessed not only against the target state, but also by implementation effort, risk, transitional operation and reversibility.
Prototypes test the assumptions on which the decision depends, such as interfaces, data migration, performance limits or coexistence between old and new systems. This evidence informs the target architecture and a transition plan with clear stages, dependencies and fallback paths. When the software delivery process itself needs to change, we apply the same approach to intake, prioritisation, definition of done, planning, measurement and knowledge transfer. The revised workflow is tested through real software work.
Depending on the starting point, the result is a sound basis for decision, a prototype-backed transition plan or a delivery process embedded in day-to-day work. From there, Nuitio can take on an implementation stage or shape the transition jointly with the client team. Decisions and implementation status are documented clearly. The knowledge needed is shared with the client team so it can implement the next stages independently.
test the critical assumption before committing to the transition
Selected projects
Current Nuitio systems and work drawn from over a decade of our founders’ experience – built, adopted, approved or in production.
Software Delivery Pipeline
The team defines the architecture, domain and quality rules against which planning, implementation and repository audit are checked.
Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
Nuitio and the team turned the current state and priorities into a defined intake route, clear prioritisation and scoping, delivery KPIs and cross-training.
Digital Bank Integration Study
The study compared ways to bring the digital bank closer to the Avaloq Front Platform, weighing effort, risks, synergies and total cost against the capabilities to preserve.
